What is this feature?

Users can now edit their PII in the review screen if they identify any error by simply clicking on the edit button.

How to use?

Once you reach the review screen, you will see your PII and a pencil button.

By clicking on that, you will be redirected to the PII form page to edit the information.

Important things to know

SSN is the only piece of PII that cannot be changed as all Core validations happen based on this information.

What is this feature?

This update brings a new user experience to the member detail page!

You can now see all accounts within an application in a more. This page also shows more information regarding the application.

How to use?

Open a member detail page on the Branch Portal and you will see the applications that member have submitted.

What is this feature?

You can now offer an account via email if an applicant gets denied due credit checks.

How to use?

Once making an application, select the specific account that you would run the credit check, ensure the validation will fail to trigger the email.

Contact your CSM/IE to set this up!

Important things to know

Currently you can only offer a new account via email. If the original application get denied, all accounts within that application will not get booked to Core.

Split the beneficiary percentage equally

You can choose to not allow the main applicant to decide the split for beneficiaries and set it up in a way that the percentage will be split equally across all beneficiaries added.
